The QTS twin screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump that features new technology making it a dual-purpose pump perfect for product transfer and CIP. This workhorse of a pump can gently handle high-viscosity products, abrasive products, and products containing up to 60% trapped air. With the mechanical seal, the QTS can also run at 1800 rpm for CIP applications. In between sizes allow this pump to scale to fit your application perfectly. With a variety of pump models, seal types, seal materials, screw sizes, and additional upgrades, the QTS can be customized to be the perfect heavy-duty PD pump for your facility. The QTS is also available as a portable assembly with a VFD and pump cart.
