The first of our High-Efficiency Pump Assemblies, featuring Fristam FPR Pump heads
This week we launched our High-Efficiency Pump Assemblies, which include Fristam FPR Pump heads, CPE stainless steel carts, stainless steel washdown motors, and smart LENZE i550 VFDs. These pump assemblies are designed to be able to handle whatever you can throw at it:
- With a lower NPSHr they handle demanding process lines with ease.
- With low turbulence, they are gentler on your product.
- Capable of up pumping up to 4x higher viscosity than other centrifugal pumps, they won’t fail when they encounter lees, sauces, salves, or creams.
- Are quieter than other centrifugal pumps.
- Thanks to their low NPSHr, they are less susceptible to cavitation, and can better withstand hydraulic shock.
- Programmable VFD with optional remote allows you to control your pump however you need to.
Meanwhile, with Fristam’s front-loading seals, changing seals is easy - but you won’t have to. Thanks to their tight tolerances and low vibration, seal life on these pumps is measured in *years*.
