QDB Dry Blender

The QDB Dry Blender is a modular sanitary blender designed to seamlessly integrate dry ingredients into product lines in sanitary processing applications. The QDB dry blender is composed of the QIM inline mixer, a cone, a work table, and a wheeled cart. The system is controlled with a ball-valve that allows for control while still allowing partial solids to pass without clogs. The modular design and stainless steel construction makes this dry blender easy to move, maintain, and clean unlike built-in units. The QDB can be easily moved between systems and applications. The Dry Blender is used in a variety of sanitary industries for applications including emulsifying, mixing, and hydrating powdered products. The QDB can handle a variety of products including oils, solids, and powders. This mobile blending unit is the ultimate versatile addition to any processing facility. 

The QDB is available in four sizes: QDB-214, QDB-316, QDB-318, and QDB-428. The QIM pump is available with 4 different stators allowing you to tailor the QDB to a specific application. Additional features, including a lid for the hopper, a pneumatic vibrator to preventing clumping, and a VFD controller are available on special order. 

The QDB needs to be custom sized for the application and must be ordered through a CPE Systems team member so we can ensure it meets your needs.
