In this video, we are going to show you how to install a F flush water cascade seal on a centrifugal pump.
The F flush water cascade seal is perfect for pumps that handle high-brix liquids, as well as sticky or crystallizing products. This single mechanical seal has a flush that constantly rinses the seal face, keeping it cool, clean, and lubricated. This increases the seal's lifespan.
Our assembly includes a compression fitting, a stainless steel tube, a tapered ferrule, and a nut. You will need to purchase a water connection kit separately. This would typically include a compression nut, PEX tubing, a tapered ferrule, a shut off valve, and a push-in fitting.
