The CB+ is a centrifugal pump with an internal mechanical seal. This pump is designed specifically for brewing and distilling. It features an internal seal that allows for easy cleaning, prevents pooling on the seal, and permits greater seal pressure with less leaking. CPE CB+ pumps have the unique High-Clean cartridge seal; the seal is encased making it more sanitary and less prone to breakage. It also includes the same shaft collar and threaded impeller nut as the AC+. The collar clamps down evenly on all sides of the drive shaft, preventing the minor wobble that can occur from set screws. The impeller pin used on most C-series pumps is replaced with a threaded impeller nut that fully secures the impeller in place. Two specialized gaskets are used to seal the shaft and to allow a CIP procedure to clean behind the impeller. Together, the collar and bolted impeller reduce rattling at lower speeds. The CB+ pump head is attached to one of our efficient stainless steel washdown motors.

Horsepower

3/4 HP: The capacity of this pump is 50 GPM and it will put out 45 feet of head pressure,

1 HP: The capacity of this pump is 75 GPM and it will put out 65 ft of head pressure.

1 1/2 HP: The capacity of this pump is 100 GPM and it will put out 75 ft of head pressure.

2 HP: The capacity of this pump is 125 GPM and it will put out 75 ft of head pressure.

3 HP The capacity of this pump is 150 GPM and it will put out 100 ft of head pressure

5 HP The capacity of this pump is 150 GPM and it will put out 125 ft of head pressure

7 1/2 HP: The capacity of this pump is 200 GPM and it will put out 175 ft of head pressure

10 HP: The capacity of this pump is 250 GPM and it will put out 175 ft of head pressure

15 HP: The capacity of this pump is 275 GPM and it will put out 125 ft of head pressure
