Circumferential Piston Pumps

The CPEU1 Series pump is a circumferential piston pump in the rotary positive displacement pump family. Circumferential piston pumps use two non-contacting, arc-shaped rotary pistons or rotor wings (single wing, twin wing) to propel fluids through their chambers. As the rotors rotate, they generate a partial vacuum and cavity to draw in a fixed volume of fluid from the inlet port to the discharge port. The leading edge of the rotor provides a gentle scooping action of the pumped media, resulting in no squeezing or compacting of the pumped media.

These pumps are self-priming, reversible, and provide minimal pulsation.
