FLUX FP 430 Explosion Proof Sanitary Drum Pump

The FP 430 Ex S Food Drum Pump by Flux is a food grade explosion proof drum pump designed for the hygienic transfer of high-proof spirits, ethanol, and other flammable products. This pump is both FDA approved and ATEX certified for use in hazardous environments. The FP 430 Ex is> widely used in the distilling and herbal extraction industries. It features a unique design with an inner and outer tube, an axial flow impeller, and a mechanical seal, which allows the pump to be quickly and easily taken apart in two main sections for easy cleaning. This sealed pump can handle abrasive materials with increased service life when compared to its sealless counterparts. The FP 430 Ex pump tube must be paired with a motor, we offer three explosion-proof motor styles as standard options with this pump and others are available upon special request. The FP 430 Ex drum pump can be paired with a variable speed electric motor, making it one of the only variable speed explosion proof pumps on the market.

F416 Air Motor

The F416 is a lightweight and powerful explosion-proof air motor. This is a variable-speed motor, which is achieved by adjusting the input air operating pressure with a ball valve, needle valve, or a filter/regulator.

F460 ATEX Electric Motor

The F460 is an explosion-proof electric motor built for durability. This motor is designed to last, with an aluminum housing, corrosion-resistant painting, and optimized airflow. The F460 ATEX motor is available as variable speed, one of the only variable speed electric motors on the market. There is also a UL approved model for environments that require this specific certification.
