However it is programmed, it isn't working well with our pump, even though it was simply replacing the exact same VFD we had beforehand. I've tried calling CPE systems to get a technician to help me adjust it but haven't been able to get through, and haven't received a call back.

Update: It seems like it was just at the factory default programming. And it was wired in a way where it ran in reverse. We originally bought the pump from CPE, so when we bought the new VFD we were told it would be wired and programmed to work best with our specific pump. But that got missed. So if you order one of these, make sure to stress that the VFD needs to be programmed for you. Now the VFD and pump work fine. But there was a month of frustration, where we kept calling CPE and couldn't get through, left many messages, and never received a call back. Eventually I emailed Tony and he got back to me and was able to troubleshoot the VFD. But we didn't have a pump for a month because none of the technicians got back to us.
